Fun and interactive swimming lessons for babies and children of all ages and abilities in Canberra.

At Stellar Canberra we offer learn to swim lessons, aqua aerobics, and member’s access.

Learn to Swim

Our learn to swim program is based on the Royal Life Saving Society’s Swim and Survive program. We offer regular assessments and feedback, ensuring you will always know how your child is progressing.
We’ve made the program a little more exciting for your child by bringing it to life with a fun range of sea creatures to help guide them through the levels.

Please note: Our Learn to Swim program continues through the school holidays as usual.

Jellies, Frogs and Octopuses caters for infants from 3 months to 4 years of age.
Turtles, Seals and Ray levels start at 4 years of age and work to increase your child’s confidence and safety in the water, while beginning to teach them vital water movement skills.
Tuna, Barra and Wahoo levels continue to develop these water movement skills to form them into swimming strokes and survival skills that your child will be able to call on to save themselves.
Sharks, Marlins and Dolphins levels continue to develop and refine your child’s swimming strokes and abilities to ensure that they are skilled and safe in the water.

With nationally qualified teachers and expert learn to swim programs, we guarantee that your child will learn to swim and be safe in the water.

Our lessons are $21.95 per lesson.

School Holiday Intensive Program

Our School Holiday Intensive Program runs Monday to Friday for one week of the school holidays, in place of our usual Learn to Swim classes. An intensive burst, such as our School Holiday Intensive Program, has been shown to increase your child’s learning and skill development.

Aqua Aerobics

Our aqua aerobics classes are perfect for adults of all fitness levels. Our aqua aerobics programs are created and delivered by our skilled and passionate aqua aerobics instructors. With graded pool depths and warm water, you’ll always be comfortable in our aqua aerobics class, while enjoying a social, water workout. See our class timetable here.

Member’s Access

Lane space in our pool is available throughout our schedule for our valued Health Club members to relax and recover in our high quality pool facilities.
